Technical Support Rep for Shredding Equipment Manufacturer
Interested in joining a challenging, innovative organization? Alpine Shredders Limited is a quality manufacturer of Shredding Equipment located in Kitchener Ontario Canada.
As a Technical Support Rep you will:
•Provide Technical Support and solutions to Alpine equipment users •Source and Ship required parts for Alpine equipment users •Quote service and equipment upgrade projects •Maintain critical service inventory levels •Expand existing and new troubleshooting charts •Create repair and adjustment instruction •Champion field upgrades and product improvements •Create semi annual service news letters •Provide service feed back to production and engineering team
Qualified candidate must be mechanically inclined; a basic understanding of industrial hydraulics and 12 volt electrical circuits an asset. This entry level position requires excellent people skills including the ability to work with customers, vendors, and colleges in a compact manufacturing environment. Computer skills should include Excel, Word and Solid Works.
